- SHShareeta Hayes6 days ago1.0Do NOT MOVE HERE. This is not afforable housing.I literally just had an Emergency Surgery and told the leasing agent I would have the rent this week. She still claims she has to send it out for eviction and charge me 289$ extra on to the late fee. What a scam!!!!! Everybody I referred to here will not be moving in so, you lost out big time. MY CO-WORKER was just about to pay her application fee and I had her cancel whole app. They charge for water and electric yet they have SOLAR PANELS ON THE CAR PORTs OVER 2K with all these fees. Might as well get a house. Ill be moving at the end of lease. Trash cans are small trash everywhere and NO PARKING. This complex is not filling up fast enough so, they are trying to price gouge the people that live here to make up the difference. You just lost out on a good tenant all because, u want to be money hungry. Since I have to pay an extra 400$ yet they are claiming this is affordable housing. I will be posting this to my social media(over 50k followers in AZ)So, I can make this complex lose more money. I literally just made 3 potential tenants cancel app while writing this post. Bet, I get the last 😃 laugh.

Office staff has snooty DON’T TALK WHILE I’M TALKING energy. Fines and aggressive threats of eviction for absolutely no reason. I’ve been a model tenant and treated like a criminal for throwing my trash in their overly full containers…Should I start a trash collection in my kitchen instead?How is it the tenants fault you can’t figure out the trash flow situation.—purchase more containers? This place is ridiculous. Highly suggest exploring other options.

- MHMargaret HemingwayOct 12, 20251.0Both my daughters live in this complex in separate units, my youngest daughter, son in law and.grandchild live right by the dog pat, and I have to say, it's absolutely disgusting. The stench that comes from that area is over powering, people leave their dog poop. I am here every weekend I have never seen anyone h hose down the area my grandson loves to go on walks in his stroller and the smell dog poop and urine is not something I want him to be smelling on a daily basis I thought it would be a nice area for him to be able to look at the dogs but it's turned into a ruff place for him to be
