  Deirdre Wells was hands down the most helpful coordinator. She did an amazing job, making sure I was able to get approved within the deadline she had set for me. She definitely deserves recognition as a great asset to the company. Thank you so much to everyone who I also interact there, they were so friendly and helpful. Also Cristin was the lady who did my tour and she was always very responsive when I had questions.

  My overall experience has been mixed, so I’m giving three stars. The property provides a valuable option for people working to rebuild their finances, but several operational issues have been frustrating and inconvenient. - I could not access the resident portal with my account and had to use my spouse’s login. - Payment methods were made unavailable after the due date, and accounts were locked even when payments had been processed but not received on time. This is especially burdensome for residents without reliable transportation who cannot easily travel to a payment location or store to make an in-person payment. - Customer service hours make it hard to get assistance in the evenings, and resolving problems has often been slow. - We experienced repeated key failures that required multiple resets before a technician was able to fix the issue. The staff and mission are commendable, but these access, payment, and service problems need improvement to better support residents.

  That’s so crazy how I posted another review and they removed my post. This place will do anything to look good. These apartments are supposed to be drug free. That’s NOT true. All day you will smell marijuana. I’ve went around asking my neighbors and they too smell it coming from the vents. We have complained to the office. They won’t do NOTHING about it. WHY REMOVE MY POST AND JUST KEEP THE GOOD ONES? let everyone see what they’re coming into when renting these apartments.

  POSTING ANONYMOUS. I seriously can’t explain why this apartment complex states it is a drug free environment yet they don’t and won’t enforce the policy. All day i smell marijuana especially through these vents. I’ve asked the office to come into my apartment so they can smell and all they say is unfortunately we don’t know where it’s coming from. They’ve asked me to contact the police, I’ve done that. Police can’t do nothing, they say that’s an office issue. I know where the marijuana is coming from, the people above me. I see him smoking at times in the parking lot as well. I’ve been getting sick off that smell. Can’t wait for my lease to end here.

  We love our new place, it was a little process we moved from out of state but it was all worth it when we got here. The staff was very wonderful and helpful with any questions or concerns. Savanna was very helpful with showing us our new unit everything on site. You’ll love it here.
