- SCStephen CrakerApr 26, 20132.0this place is complete crap. They charge 1,200 a month for a two bedroom one bath, the bathroom is bigger than the master bedroom. I just recently moved out after 15 months. Took them almost 3 months to come unclog our bathtub drain. when i did my walk-through to sign the lease. there were so many issues, they never took care of any of them while i was there. Upon move out we paid $160 for carpet cleaning. Than i get a bill for almost $200 for carpet cleaning. Even upon signing the paperwork for moving out they said that if the carpets were not cleaned, that i would be charged $93 and now its up to $200. Save yourself the hassle do not move into the so called luxury apartments. They are complete crap.
