  Hello everyone! Just wanted to say Desert sage apt are out dated but nice, roaches never had that problem, not saying it wasn't a problem for may be you moved out were they where and will travel with you I've been here for years change apartment and there's know serious problem the grounds are beautiful no bugs snake. But we could use handicapped enter everywhere

  9 days man. 9 days and counting to email/fax a single sheet of paper. Jokes on them, I'm calling 6 times a day from now on instead of 2. If you want anything done here you're gonna have to hound these people, I did an initial walkthrough way back and pointed out a nice long list of broken/dirty/dysfunctional things and they "lost" each list I handed them. I just don't know what to say to you if this doesn't make you completely flaccid toward this complex.

  Managment is horrible and extremly rude. My roof leaked for a week before it was fixed and the fix didnt even last a year and started leaking again. My air conditioner went out as well and when I made an emergency maintenance call maintenance crew was mad that he had to fix it. Make sure you get everything in writing because staff is very incompetent and "forget" everything you tell them you will have fees for everything

  This place is crap. When the complex was first built years ago I wanted to live there but couldn't afford the pricing. Years later (after I got married & have a family) I was able to afford to live there. Now, I wish I never did. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath by the pool. We had a neighbor above us who partied all night with drugs, drinking & loud music & during the day it sounded like a heard of elephants up there. We had neighbors with kids that would block our door outside with their toys so it was a toyzone just to get out the front door. People would park in our spot all the time, they raised our rent by $200.00 each month when our rent was only supposed to b $875.00 a month (it never was that much). We stayed about 3 months & bounced bcuz we couldn't afford that much money. We had 2 floods from the washer in the time we were there & numerous maintenance issues as well. Save time & cost. Don't move here.
