No one in their office has any clue what’s going on. They have the worst customer care no matter how good of a tenant you have been. I wouldn’t recommend living in this place to my worst enemy.

Read this before you move in; my story could happen to you. When I moved into this apartment, I sent an email to Avilla letting them know that the apartment was not in good condition and wasn't ready. They said they were sorry. Besides the mice running around the entire complex, and besides being attacked by pit bulls that escaped from another apartment because the patio doors aren't secure for anyone, there's also the fact that the smell of marijuana is everywhere in the complex. The main gate has been broken for months. Now, when I refuse to stay because they want to charge me more than $200 above the rent, this is my last bill, with charges for things I shouldn't have to pay for. This is what awaits you in this cursed place. Take the time to investigate and read the reviews. They told me I would get a free month, but they never gave it to me. They told me the technology fee was included, but it's only for the first year. See you in court because I sent them the email telling them about the apartment's condition.

Two weeks since the last email they sent out that this would be fixed and still nothing. I’ve lived here for almost three years and this gate has been broken 90% of that time. This apartment complex would get a zero from me if I could major security issue their have been random homeless people just walking through our complex.

Property does not take maintenance seriously in my personal opinion. In the last year the security gate to the facility has been broken a minimum of 3 times. Each time it has taken what seems to be 3-4 months for the gate to be fixed. Not only Has it taken an extensive amount of time for the repeated issues to be resolved, but on top of that the gate is still currently broken as of when I am writing this review. I have personally seen people running away from cars as I am exiting my residence and while I do not know what they are doing it is extremely suspicious behavior, and a major security/ theft risk that is facilitated by the fact that the security gate has not been fixed after not being fixed for an extended period of time so their is open access to the public. Every-time I have asked about the gate, they just say they are waiting for a vendor to come out. In my personal experience it has never taken more then maybe two weeks for any type of vendor to come out for anything, maybe another two to receive a part if needed, but we have well surpassed that timeframe every-time this has happened.
