Masina and Sara in the office have been super helpful and quick to respond to my questions, and Martin with maintenance has been on top of things. Things will break no matter if you rent or own. Great, quiet community, and basically brand new units. I love living here so far.

Even walked us through the unit a few times to answer even more of our questions. So far I’ve had an excellent experience and the community is always neat and clean.

There’s plenty of parking available near us which is a HUGE relief compared to my last neighborhood. Sara and Masina have been really helpful through the process and never left my questions unanswered. They have been prompt and pleasant with responses. Overall we are happy we chose this community.
- LLLexSep 19, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management is unhelpful and nonresponsive. There is no pest control or lawn maintenance. When maintenance requests are submitted they are never fulfilled and closed. The amount of money to live here is not worth the false amenities.

The whole time I been here over a year !!! Never had the phone answered!! SO glad that’s changing. No place is perfect but im really happy with Mesina cheers to her ⭐️ Keep it up
