- KOKylan OlsonNov 4, 20251.0Lived here for over a year and a half now, quality has drastically gone down hill. No parking, rude front office staff if you bring up an issue. Like, if the power goes out you cannot get into the community, super convenient. Be told that "it's just a part of having electronically powered gates and doors"... the maintenance crew is fantastic and pleasant, but everything else definitely has gone down hill. Mail room door broken which means packages don't get delivered, front gates broken, dog urine in the doorways, used to be nice. Just once again don't ask why you can't go home if the power is out, she really doesn't like that.

He was very professional, friendly, and quick to get everything working again. Felix made sure to explain what was wrong and checked that everything was running perfectly before he left. I really appreciate his great work and positive attitude — definitely one of the best maintenance experiences I’ve had!

Of course, the location at San Tan Village Mall is a prime location for accessibility and entertainment. But Kaitlin at the leasing office has been so wonderful at making the process of getting my lease activated and everything for move-in, such a smooth and seamless process for me. Felix in maintenance responded to my service requests with complete promptness, even on the weekend. He always addressed the request the same day and gave feedback right away to notify me. They have provided such excellent customer service to me. 😊
