- CNCelia NormanOct 23, 20251.0Very bad management they didn’t do any maintenance in these apartments, they want’s the tenants do all the repairs since these apartments are very old. watch out for your deposit! They will take it
- KBKeVonia BradshawOct 3, 20251.0Everything started off fine. Came into the property with JT Rhett and the owner knowing what repairs needed to be done. Went February to September with no maintenance requests being fulfilled. Even with rent being paid. Got fed up with the slumlord activities and served them a notice to cure the problems and an eviction was filed instead 😂😂. They truly only care about the money. Be sure that the contractors are licensed. Two that were sent out were not.. So sad things had to come to this especially after the landlord said he wanted me to be a long term tenant. Currently filing a civil suit against them…. Be careful. It’s not worth it. Atlas Residential is much better and they actually take care of their properties. If you’re getting paid to do a job , a job needs to be performed!!!
