- DHDevin Hudson3 days ago3.0I was unhappy about the lack of communication about the move over to the Resident rent payment app. Yes, an email was sent but it was directed to my spam. I don’t understand why a text notification wasn’t sent out just like when there is a water outage etc. This resulted in me paying a $150 late fee which is very frustrating. Communications can be better so I don’t have to pay extra for something I can’t control. A credit to next month’s rent would be nice but I know that won’t happen. I even called the office on the 3rd to make sure everything was ok when I saw my auto draft hadn’t happen like it usually does on the 1st and the lady on the phone was very rude when I called to inquire.
