Huge thanks to Nick and the Pulte/Centex home. Fast forward to my 1 year (2025) inspection….another awesome person to recognize is Daniel Berumen. Not one time have I felt that the ball was dropped or they didn’t communicate with me. They really do stand behind their quality of work and warranties!
