  Do not live here if you are young or have dogs. We went through the most traumatic experience this week. The unit worker blew up our dryer before it was fine till he came to work on it. Then Wes told us that we caused the fire. But not once before it did it blow on fire. The worker then caused the dryer to ruin all our carpets. The carpets were covered in soot and disgusting smells. The smells were so bad we could barely live there. They gave us no options. They sent us machines to cover the smells and to dry. But then told us we would be charged for the electricity that the machines were using. The machines brought roaches that climbed the wall. They said they could do nothing about it. Contacted them multiple times. nice thing they gave us another unit to dry and wash but then it flooded because they blames the painters for cutting a wire. They never take blame on their selves. We now live in the soot infested house living downstairs. One options was to only clean and replace the hallways but our rooms were also infested. They said wait till you move out. Do not live here if you are young and they know how to take advantage of you. Also they do not check vents do not spray for bugs and charge you monthly. Worst worst worst year of my life here.

  If you are looking for a spacious luxury condominium, this is the place for you. Pet and dog friendly community, that caters to your fur baby, by taking sanitation seriously, providing dog stations across the entire property, with dog poo bags, and trash bins. Zero smoking property. Family friendly, I see tons of kids having fun during the evening. Take into consideration parking is limited for visitors, and they must park I designated areas, or cars will be towed. Don’t make the mistake we did, trusting there would be no issues, and signing without looking at the exact location we were to move into. We later found out, the hill our condominium sits on, won’t allow 2 of our 3 cars to park in garage, or even the drive way. The day of moving we called, and were told it was too late, documents were signed, and we were in contract for this specific condominium. Low chassis vehicles especially, make sure to pay attention to your drive way. I have reached out to previous, and current management, and have yet to hear back. It is surprising, because maintenance orders, are handled fast, and efficient. You can submit your maintenance request, through a community online portal. Hope this help

  My husband and I have been at Hillcrest Village for about a year and everything has been pretty good! The unit is nice and we enjoy the neighborhood. Our complaint with the property is the front office. We can usually get responses to our maintenance requests, but anything else is like pulling teeth to get a call back. it’s almost like no one works in the actual office? My husband and I both call multiple times with no answer and no call back after leaving a voicemail. It’s super frustrating especially when things are time sensitive.
