  I could not have picked a better team than this! Being out of state, I had to navigate the entire purchase virtually and use services recommended by my real estate agent. I firmly believe the seller chose my offer over others because this team was so highly regarded and trusted. Dorothy was wonderful and called me as soon as she was notified by the agent and worked quickly through the pre-approval process. Jennifer, who I now consider a friend, was so accommodating and went out of her way to assist with all of the details! Along with my agent, the whole process was problem free (at least from my perspective.) I will use this business again if I ever need it and will highly recommend it to anyone!

  Megan is an amazing lender to work with. She communicated with me and my client every step of the way. She answers my calls at all hours and always comes through. I couldn’t ask for more!

  My wife and found the perfect home, we had gotten pre approved and done everything right. Our offer was accepted and everything seemed to be going as planned. Then the bank called us and said that because I had switched jobs earlier in the year they wouldn’t consider my income. We were devastated, surely this couldn’t be right, between us we could easily afford our dream home but because of something that should have been caught in the pre approval process we were about to lose the house of our dreams. We started going through the listings calling every lender we could only to hear sorry there is nothing we can do. Then we met Kathy Rice. She actually listened to our situation, took the time to hear our story, and got us approved. She went above and beyond every step of the way. We would not be in our home now if it wasn’t for Kathy Rice and Gateway Mortgage.

  This was the easiest refinance I have ever been through! Megan Christ was wonderful to work with! And I loved the tutorial videos showing exactly what was happening and what was to come. They had the lowest rate compared to lots of banks. I highly recommend them!
