I highly recommend Tyler to friends, family, and anyone else that I know that is trying to buy or sell!
- TTT TaylorJan 14, 20251.0Very unprofessional. I never post reviews, but under the circumstances, I will today. Called left a message with the owner only saying I had a problem with an agent waited for over three days never received a phone call. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were on vacation I called again. This time I spoke to the operator who personally guarantee me they were not on vacation and that she would hand deliver my name and phone number and I would definitely get a call back. Well, here, I am two weeks later and no phone call. My main complaint is the Constant misrepresentation of information given for the sale. The lack of not returning phone calls in a timely manner. Always having an excuse as to why they don’t have the information that I requested. Because of their take it or leave it mentality on the sale of the property. I have canceled the sale and they have lost the business. Be careful of some of their agents, they really give the impression they don’t need the money and you’re just wasting their time.
