Christine and Whitney in the office have been absolutely wonderful—they’re so kind, friendly, and comforting every time I stop by. They’ve really made me feel welcome here, like I have a little piece of home away from home. Craig, the maintenance man, is also incredible. He’s so quick to help whenever something comes up and truly cares about keeping everything in great shape. The whole property is always clean and well taken care of, and I love that the gates are always working—it makes me feel safe and at ease. I’m so thankful I chose The Heights. It’s not just an apartment complex, it feels like a community where people genuinely care.

On move-in day, the AC wasn’t working, but they quickly provided a temporary solution and had it fully repaired within a few days. Christine and Whitney in the leasing office are so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, always greet you with a smile and happy to help. The maintenance staff are also incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any issue. It’s also a pet friendly apartment with a nice big park across the street, great for walking your dog by the river. The fitness center and pool are really nice amenities, and I like that the parking lot and all entrances are gated and secure. Highly recommend this apartment!

They are very responsive and attentive, and really makes you feel welcomed and at home. Location is perfectly located close to downtown and Maxwell AFB, with a park right across the street. If I’m ever in town, will definitely stay at The Heights again.
