I moved to Montgomery earlier this year, and I can honestly say you won’t find a cleaner place than this anywhere! Whitney and Christine are absolute rockstars, and they made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I can’t forget the maintenance team either—they are top-notch!

We have a two bedroom, two bath unit …everything is modern, updated and the property is well maintained. Our building and the surrounding area are pretty quiet, despite there being a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband was transferred here unexpectedly, so we actually chose to sign a lease the first time site unseen. Luckily, Christine, one of the property managers, was extremely helpful with providing video tours and helping to appease our concerns. Since moving in, Christine as well as the other property manager, Whitney, have both continued to provide exceptional service. For example, we have had an issue with a really awful, miserable woman who lives near us and they have handled the situation fairly and with professionalism. Also, the maintenance team has also been consistently responsive and courteous. It’s difficult to relocate and the Midtown Row team made it easy. We are definitely glad we chose Midtown Row and glad to see that a solid management team has remained in place.

The staff is quick to respond to the needs of the residents. The leasing agent, Ashley, is very personable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents have a positive experience during their time at Midtown Row. I would recommend this complex if you’re looking for a nice apartment in Old Cloverdale.

It’s obvious that the owners care about the quality of their tenants and the quality of life the tenants enjoy, from convenience and service to safety! We could not be more appreciative and pleased!
