- CHChloe HunleyySep 5, 20251.0Literally the worst complex in Huntsville. Surprised it’s not government assist. Roach infested, moldy wall, nonchalant staff , wild goose chases for security deposit! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It seems normal but after a month the paint can’t hide the mold or bug infestation along with the units being the size of a closet!!

Management is useless and are not attentive to the needs of the tenants. My air conditioning was out of service for 5 weeks. My apartment was a standing 90 degrees. And I was told to live with it.
