- TLTHUG LIFEAug 2, 20251.0Horrible place the live, everything is broken. No one is never at the office during office hours. The laundromat is broken . No access to the pool or gym. My apartment is hot AC broken been broke for at least 2months. Toilet don't flush properly. Cabinets and drawers messed up smh. WHERE IS THE MAINTENANCE MAN?
- JLJosh LindseyJul 25, 20251.0Ridiculous!!!! When we first moved in 2 years ago the unit was nice if I would have known the mess that was going to happen now I would’ve never moved in. First year here the AC continued to freeze I called maintenance the only response was it’s not circulating properly. Well I’ve done HVAC from installing to maintenance and troubleshooting. The problem is it’s low on Freon the condenser is nasty probably never been cleaned and the air handler didn’t look like it had been running with a filter in years. Then the toilet clogged can’t get anyone to come fix it and my roof started leaking at the first of the month I noticed and we have black mold in the master closet on the ceiling no telling how long it had been leaking before finally coming through the Sheetrock the spackling is falling off the ceiling from the moisture just absolutely no reason for it and I’m seriously considering getting a lawyer and maybe once my lawyer responds to them something might get done but highly doubt it.

- TKTosha KelseyJul 2, 20251.0This place has changed ownership at least 3 time since I moved in back in 2021, and with every chamge of ownership, the place has RAPIDLY declined. There is absolutely NO standard of care given to upkeep, there are NO maintenence staff, the lawns are severely overgrown, the dumpsters are overflowing and there's trash literally everywhere. The outside lights have been out for at least a month if not more. It looks like a complete blackout at night. It is SHAMEFUL that they're still collecting rent when NOTHING is being put back into the upkeep of the property. This needs to be reoprted...ASAP!!
