Id recommend signing the petition form online after going to BBB! Half of my electricity did not work for months up until moving out. Black mold in almost every unit. 1360$ was my monthly rent, except it would end up being 1900$ plus power and gas bill so around 2200$ a month. And if you look into it all it says is “+125$ service fee” 5 TIMES!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! They will harass you to remove your review here aswell as defend themselves completely. Marry ann the manager also does not seem to have any mental capacity to atone for these issues and will instead call you the problem.
