  All comments about the management team here are true. They only work on Tuesday and Thursday. Please don’t trust their official website's working hours (9:00-5:00), as no one is in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you try to contact them for an apartment application, no one will return your call. Now I understand why they have seven available apartments during this warm moving season—they have the worst management team.

  I’m not sure what’s going on with the company that owns this place but it’s gone downhill quite quickly in the last year. Despite the continued increase in rent for people who want to continue to live in this community, they are offering lower prices for new residents. Along with no renovations, and a complete lack of care for the property. The grass is over a foot in some places and we have leaves still on the ground from fall. The amount of mold that can be seen under them is a cause for concern. If you are looking for a place to stay, avoid it. Also the amount of people who come by to get assistance from the office management who discover this new policy of them only being here 2 days a week for a full total of 8 hours is awful. Do some research on Steward and Helm. Apparently they just want to milk this community for their cash without upholding their end of the deal of being a landlord. Furthermore I want to make it clear none of my frustrations are aimed at their maintenance man has always been really great. He is always kind and always working so hard all by himself to work on all of these units. He needs more help!

  Pretty sure no one actually works here. Over the past month I've tried several times to view an apartment and no one has returned a call. Not sure who runs this complex but for the area they shouldn't have this many opening. Ended up renting somewhere else.

  We moved in two months ago and so far love living here! It’s SO quiet and we love that because we have little ones. We moved here from a neighborhood and honestly this place is even quieter! We love our unit. It’s so spacious with lots of storage. Having a garage is a huge bonus. Just since we’ve moved in they have done several upgrades and it’s really nice knowing where our money is going. The only downside is that I wish for the price we had some more community amenities. There’s a lot of families here with small kids and after talking to several other families, we all agree having some sort of playground would be so nice, even the cheaper places, like the complex next door, has one. A community garden would also be nice for everyone to care for and enjoy. We hope they will add some more amenities in the future, we hope to stay here for some time. The location is great too! We love it here! *Will update after a year.*
