- ARAidan RosickaJun 13, 20221.0As someone who lives here, you definitely don’t want to live here. And I would stay away from any property under this management/leasing company. Upon our arrival in these units there were multiple things wrong. For example: dirty floors, leaking pipes (both bathroom and kitchen), and a broken fridge. Unfortunately after 4 months it only got worse. We had a sewage pipe burst into the A/C unit. My wife and I have been getting sick for the last week because of it. When confronting management they dared us to call the health department and said they would get to it in a week...it has been 2. Only downhill in our experience.
