- JRJaylun RFeb 11, 20251.0DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lived here for 4 years and loved the first 3. Year 4 was terrible! Management changed a lot. SPM and Elandis have been the worst. Stole three months worth of my rent money and never found it. I was not the only one this happened to! I tried to resolve this issue in house, but all I got was the run around. I have gone to court with them as well. I moved out Nov 2023, and here it is Feb 2025 and I’m receiving a $9,000 bill with a move out date of Feb 2024. The landlord himself was there the day I moved out ironically due to a burst pipe that flooded my apartment the night before (yes, multiple reports were made beforehand from my upstairs neighbor and I). They dumped the rest of my belongings outside the next day after I told him I was coming back to finish up being that we had to move everything in water!! Black mold every where which caused my kids to be frequently sick. Couldn’t log into my portal to make any maintenance requests. No pest control. Dumpsters not well kept. Terrible attitudes in the front office. No diligence or concern for long-time tenants with no prior issues.

Plus you are raising the rent and not providing legit security for your tentans. Talk about slumlord smh. I hope someone finds away to sue you guys. I wouldn't allow my dog to live there. I guess it doesn't matter since you guys don't live there.
