- GLG LApr 18, 20184.0Senior housing for 55+, ask for a copy of their lease agreement and look it over before applying. $40 to submit for a background check, if you pass, then $300 earnest money to save a spot, which is converted towards a $580 security deposit upon signing a very long, laborious, legal, tedious rental agreement that I thought of not signing. Clean, secure facility. Front load washer and dryer in each unit. You pay for electricity, and optional internet, TV. Water and garbage, parking is included. Market rate and income restricted rents are available, by appointment only. Nearby supermarkets, Safeway and Super Bear, Mendenhall Library within walking distance. USPS post office and True North Credit Union nearby.
