After meeting with Nic, his just struck me as an honest and upfront person. He guided us through the unique Alaskan real estate market, listened to my wife and I argue about what we wanted, and got us through an offer during the government shutdown (where i wasn't getting paid). We just closed on our home, and he made sure we got the best deal possible on it, in spite of several setbacks. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Would recommend and will likely use again.
