They were so kind and explained all the options. Helped me decide how short to go based on her age and coat, and I told them not to do her tail but when she came out I changed my mind and they were sooooooo nice about going ahead and doing it even though it was my fault. Every single person I dealt with was lovely. Officially members and super grateful to have somewhere close to home to take our girl where they will make her look cute AND love on her.
