  I brought my dog in after she had been repeatedly vomiting, and the staff urged me to bring her in immediately that same day. I paid over $500 for the visit, X-rays, and testing because I was extremely concerned about her condition and wanted answers as quickly as possible. During the visit, I was told that the X-rays appeared abnormal, which understandably caused me even more stress and worry about my dog’s health. I was then told the X-rays would be sent off and that I would receive a call the next day with the results. What they failed to mention was that the clinic would actually be closed the following day. As a worried pet owner with a still-sick dog at home, finding this out on my own was incredibly upsetting and frustrating. To make matters worse, the hours posted on the front door are conflicting and make it appear the clinic is open seven days a week. Had I known they would be closed, I would have planned differently or sought care elsewhere for faster answers and continuity of care. I understand businesses close, but clear communication is critical — especially when clients are spending hundreds of dollars and are told there may be something abnormal going on with their pet. The lack of communication and misleading hours added unnecessary stress to an already emotional situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication with pet owners in the future.

  I’ve never seen Bruno so relaxed at a vet office. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and it truly felt like a mini hotel for pets. They were gentle and took great care of him, which gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend it!

  I recently visited PetVet365 and wanted to share my experience. The facility itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my interaction with the doctor left me very disappointed. In my experience, the doctor came across as unprofessional and dismissive when staff members asked important questions about my pet’s condition. Considering that these decisions directly affect my pet’s health and safety, I expected more patience, respect, and clear communication. The way the doctor spoke to the workers felt rude and discouraging, which made the environment uncomfortable and concerning as a pet owner. While the clinic looks great on the outside, professionalism and teamwork are just as important as the physical space. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works on improving communication and respect among staff, because pet owners rely on everyone in the room when it comes to their animal’s life.

  Thank you so much to the staff at PetVet365 Cypress!! They were super welcoming and got us in the same day I called for last-minute shots. Everyone genuinely cared so much for Juanito, and the pricing was great. I also loved the environment it feels more like a cozy living room than a typical, scary vet office. Highly recommend!

  We went with our two dogs for the first time and it was great! Everyone is kind and accommodating, they listen to your concerns, very nice and clean space, and is an overall amazing place to take your pups to. Appreciated the goodie bags as well. :) Will definitely go back!
