They made me feel completely at ease leaving my dog with them for a wash, which means everything to me. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. My dog came out looking (and smelling!) amazing. You can tell they really care about the animals they work with. Highly recommend!

The prices were great for the 1st time special but unfortunately the monthly plan is too expensive for 5 dogs. I'd love to have the plan but can't afford a monthly fee for 5 dogs. We will definitely use them again when we can afford it. They were ALL wonderful!!!

The staff were very welcoming and took our 12 year old Pug/Boston Terrier mix, Bella, right back for her bath. They were very quick. Only took around 30 mins and they called to tell me she was ready. She was very happy and did not seem anxious at all from the bath and treatments. I bought a membership before we left and am looking forward to her future visits! I would definitely recommend Scenthound in Cypress!!!
