  I took my Husky for the first time November 22nd. I told them about her constantly chewing on her paws. They used a hypoallergenic shampoo. I paid extra for a brush and blow dry and it was well worth it! She came out looking awesome! Actually she's never looked this good before. I dropped her off at 9:00 and got a text at 10:15 that she was ready for pickup. She wasn't stressed out like she gets when I have taken her to other groomers. The staff are friendly and explain everything. The facility is clean and close to home. I highly recommend Scenthound to anyone that wants their dog looking great and doesn't want to spend a fortune on the service.

  From the moment I called to inquire about services, everyone has been friendly, professional and also top notch technology. When I booked the appointment, I received a confirmation email and text. I have a small dog, so services were completed within an hour; so I was able to wait in my car until they were done. His current state was reviewed with me, I also got to choose what shampoo was used and they asked to book a next appointment. The next day they called to check on him as well. I like the membership concept and the ability to add on services when you need to but the basic ones are great. If you are on the fence or looking for a new groomer, for sure try Scenthound-Mansfield!

  The staff at the newly opened facility were phenomenal with my big baby, Tyson. If he didn't like something that was done to him there, he would've insisted on getting out of the vicinity of the people. Yet, he was doing the exact opposite. That spoke volumes to me. The Co-Owner, Adrianne, sorry if the spelling is incorrect, was very direct with what she needed from me in regards to Tyson's health report card. Tyson liked it, so I love it.   I’m really impressed with the brand new Scenthound location in Mansfield. Even though they just opened, the team already is very focused and incredibly welcoming. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, both for me and my dog. It’s great the offer so many services including ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail trimming, bathing, and overall coat and skin maintenance. The facility looks great, everything is clean and organized, and the staff took their time to walk me through what they were doing. For a brand-new location, they are already impressive. Super happy with this place and we’ll be bringing Mookie back on a regular basis. James

  Went to Scenthound Mansfield on opening weekend. Was amazed when I walked in the door. I was greeted by the staff as if I was family. They were extremely professional, and very clear on what the process was. Upon completion of the service, they covered what was done, went through a hygiene checklist (of which I didnt know they did) and made sure I was satisfied. I loved Scenthound, and I think my dog loved it more!
