- HRHannah Rogers4 days ago5.0We went in today because our pup ingested something potentially toxic. I wish I got the girls name working the desk because she was beyond wonderful! She immediately got us to the back and talked to the doctor. They decided our pup would be just fine and we could head home. I fully anticipated a large bill and lots of testing since it is an emergency clinic. Bravo to the staff for taking the correct measures and not running us up a bill. I do recommend this place for an emergency situation!

They wanted $500 before they would even see Cali, who was struggling to breathe. They didn’t explain any part of the process or what needed to be done. After hearing from my daughter that they were going to have to pay $4500 before they could leave and still didn’t know what was going on, I called MVS myself. Why did it take me asking questions to get an explanation on Cali’s condition? This information should have been explained without having to pry it out of them! After finding out the total cost could be $40,000, with a possible long road to recovery and a small chance Cali would even survive, my daughter had to make the hardest decision of her life and put her sweet Cali to rest. Did MVS show any compassion at that point? No. Disgusting! Your workers need to take a class in empathy. If you have been hardened by this job, it’s time to find a different field of work.

When I told them I didn't have the funds all at once and didn't get approved for the program that they have, it was absolutely no compassion or empathy. It was a straight forward in so many words TAKE YOUR DOG SOMEWHERE ELSE! And I most definitely will! I understand in the past how their patients owners may have not payed their payments at all. but all people aren't like that! LIFE ACTUALLY HAPPENS FOR SOME! I keep my word and most definitely would've payed what I owed proudly for helping my baby! I am truly utterly disgusted with this place and definitely sat in the room crying in disbelief! God don't bless no mess tho. I definitely won't ever think about coming here ever again! IF YOU DONT HAVE THE FUNDS DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY DON'T GAF!!!!!!

- JLJ LNov 7, 20255.0I am not a regular customer of this business but they are wonderful. I had an emergency with my dog around 10:00. Unfortunately my beloved girl had to be euthanized. The staff and vet were so kind and supportive in that difficult time. I am so grateful they made the transition for my girl and I as painless as possible.
