  Please look at the 1 star reviews before you decide to take your animals here. We at first liked this vet as they were able to see us quickly in an emergency, while the vet and technicians are kind and caring. Unfortunately this is another private equity owned veterinary clinic with insane prices as they put profit above all else. I highly recommend seeking out a locally owned vet clinic that will provide just as good, if not better care, and keep costs at a reasonable level for all.

  Warning: PetVet365 is owned by private equity. I really wanted to like this place because they offer same day appointments but I've gone too many times and have been disappointed in their pricing structure and the explanation of the services. They have truly absurd pricing that isn't explained prior to administering service. $90 for anal gland expression ($33 for the actual expression and then $56 for the technician visit). This was absolutely my last straw and I won't be going back. (The usual price of this technician service is $20-30.) I also brought my dog in for his yearly check up and routine blood work wasn't done when the heartworm test was done. I asked why they didn't do a wellness workup and no one ever got back to me. All of this shouldn't be surprising considered they are owned by private equity. When a PE firm buys a veterinary clinic chain they need to extract value from somewhere. That somewhere is usually: raising prices, reducing staff, cutting services that don’t generate revenue, and consolidating operations.

  Dr Hutchinson is the nicest kindest vet. And he always has Stella and Chewy treats for my dog Taz. He and his staff are patient and knowledgeable. I trusted them with two of my pets and now I have a third ( given to me as a Christmas present) and I will be taking him to Pet365. Taz made himself at home and really loves Dr Hutchinson. You can tell he really loves animals and loves his job.

  Great experience- much better than what I got at their Fox chapel location. They discovered a massive amount of gunk and ear mites residue in my cats ears that was somehow not discovered two weeks prior at pet vet 365 Fox chapel where everything was rushed and poorly explained, . They gave clear instructions including what was medications were to be refrigerated and took the time to show me how to administer the meds properly. They were not in a rush and let me know various alternatives. Highly recommended!

  Extremely kind and trustworthy veterinarians and staff. They not only helped me during my visit, but followed up with me after I transferred care to a long-term vet to see how my pet was doing and if I needed any additional help. They are also very conscious that the costs are difficult for some people and never prescribe anything unnecessary
