The staff was so wonderful with her which created a wonderful and positive experience for her. I was thrilled with how beautifully clean she was. Body, ears and nails done to PERFECTION. She throughly enjoyed all the hugs and cuddles on Halloween from all of the neighborhood kids!

- SMSusan MathesNov 2, 20255.0Wow!! There was an extraordinary number of dogs at the reception today! Mostly giant dogs with giant personalities. Some of the owners weren't the best at holding their dogs. BUT....Janos, the receptionist, was even more extraordinary! He moved the dogs quickly, spoke warmly to the owners, was kind to the dogs and kept the atmosphere calm in spite of the canine chaos in the room. Later, when the area was cleared and I was the only one in the room, I heard Janos speaking on the phone to an obviously upset customer who kept repeating the same complaints over and over. Janos kept listening, was very sympathetic, and did his best to keep the person as a customer. So now I have two reasons to return. Janos, of course, who takes excellent care of both dogs and customers. And Lauren, who returned my dog looking exactly the way I wanted him to. Whew, a memorable morning...
- LMLori MarinoOct 25, 20251.0I have been taking my dog, Josie to the Newtown Square location since they opened almost a year ago. Our last visit was very upsetting. I stayed in the front of the shop for Josie’s entire visit and I could hear her barking in distress. Janos went to check on her twice, the second time he brought her out. She was not fully dry and her nails hadn’t been clipped. She was on a hurry to leave which is unusual for her. The groomer never came out to do a scent check or just as a courtesy to come talk to me. Full disclosure the owner did call me and promised that this would not be my experience next time. However, after much thought I just don’t feel comfortable bringing her back, especially because unlike other groomers you can’t see what’s going on in the back.
