I never have to wait, and they don't rush you during the appointment. I've worked for a non-profit service dog organization for over 13 years, and I've dealt with many dogs and various health issues. I've also dealt with many veterinarians (and I was raised by one). The team at Franklin Veterinary Associates is top-notch. I love how they are very gentle and patient with my 14-year-old sweet Golden/Lab. I also have a 12-week-old puppy, and they are extremely thorough, making sure I understand each stage he's in and what to look for. I highly recommend FVA!!
