  The worst experience ever! We scheduled once and our dog was inspected by three workers. And they said we need to reschedule grooming because it’s gonna take longer than usual. They reschedule the appointment for two days later to make sure they get enough time to complete the job. When we showed up two days later for our appointment – they inspect our dog once again and told us to come back in 30 minutes. After we left in 10 minutes, they called us and said that they cannot do the job because they realized that our dog’s grooming is much harder than they expected so we have to take our dog back asap. Just unbelievable bogus, staff is ridiculous: such a waste of time. Why did they checked our dog twice and accepted him and on third time they found out that they not skilled enough to do it???? What is wrong with them? And there were always the same staff. This is just ridiculous! If you like when some people simply wasting your time, you can go there and try them out. We have tiny little puppy, and they put so much stress on him making us get back and forth. I I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone. Scam! Non-Professional!

  Very friendly staff. They love dogs! And very quick. We were in and out in less than an hour. My 7 month old pup was clean, fluffy and happy. The Barrows location is integrated into the neighborhood so you can go home or get some quick grocery shopping done.

  Great first time experience with Scenthound. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and everything was thoroughly explained to me. My dog was treated with care. I will be returning!

  My Benji loved his spa experience! The appointment was punctual and quick! We recently moved and needed a full service groomer. Scenthound fit the bill. Special needs dogs are fragile and harder to connect with a groomer. Benji loves it and loves the fact that Scenthound understood Mr Moo’s needs. We joined the Scent+ program where he will get monthly routine care.

  Outstanding Team that provided Five Star grooming care for our doggie Otis. We tried two other grooming services and Scenthound is superior to all others. I highly recommend this first-class grooming service!
