- SFSemper Fi1 day ago1.0They assaulted my cat under sedation. They prescribed an antibiotic injection she did not need, telling me she definitely had a UTI (the culture came back clean), they pushed me into an NSAID injection. She had a reaction to the treatment and I needed to seek help from a competent vet in another state. To go further into detail, when my cat was under sedation and they were working on her, the head tech, who believes herself to be a vet, slapped my cat’s side so hard she rose up out of sedation and tried to bite her. Everyone in the room looked shocked. Only a sociopath could do such a thing. I’ve been trying to get my cat’s health under control since. Please, take your baby anywhere else.

- LPLisa PapaniaOct 31, 20255.0I cannot say enough good things about PetVet365. My elderly dog fell very ill and my regular vet was out on sick leave. I was recommended this place and sure enough, they got me in. The compassion they showed to both Paco and myself was beyond anything I ever experienced when having to put a beloved pet to sleep. I know I asked so many questions and some of them even more than once and they did not get exasperated at all and believe me if they did which they didn't, I would have deserved it 100% They truly care about animals and it shows. They allowed me to spend time with my Paco after he passed and I know it was past their closing time but they told me to take my time. Both the office manager and veterinarian went above and beyond and you can tell they have good hearts. I can never thank them enough. I will recommend this place any day to anyone that is looking for a Vet. They actually care and your pet is their top priority.

Definitely don’t show the people returning to use their services any care. $650 for an x ray is not reasonable considering I have quotes for the exact same estimate at $430. Super disappointing.

They were so kind and gentle they have the best treats and so patient with my pitbull not like any other vet I have ever been to. I'm always nervous to take her someplace new but man this place was like a breath of fresh air so glad I gave them a chance. If ur have a dog I would only take them here. And very affordable and even have payment plans. Very clean and they make it feel as close to home as they can. We have a new vet for life thank yall for all ur kindness and quick appointment.
