My 9 month old seal point siamese kitten died because of this place. She had a bowel obstruction and needed surgery immediately. They initially our first day there, we're amazing. The facility is clean and welcoming for pets. My kitty had her successful surgery. Upon bringing her home care for her wasnt clear and luckily they are super respondent to text. We were told in paperwork to give her meatball sized food after the first 24 hours. She barely moved. She wouldn't get up except to use the litter box. Her surgery was on tuesday. By Thursday she still wasnt taking fluids and wouldn't eat at all. We brought her back and they gave her iv fluids and some potassium. By 4pm when I picked her up she somehow looked worse. She had loose stools and she had pooped herself. It wasnt cleaned up very well at all and quite literally was leaking as I held her lifeless barely breathing body. We brought her home and she layed down with no movement. We tried to syringe feed her. She took about 20mls of liquid food and then violently vomited everywhere. I text the on call vet and by the time I finished the text our kitty took her last breaths and died in front of our entire family. 5,000 gone and my kitty is gone too. I didnt even get a call to check in on how we were all doing. I gave only 2 starts because of the few employees we dealt with they were all amazing. Thursday when I picked her up the tech that brought her to me held her like a sack of potatoes and she had a 7in abdominal incision. I was absolutely appalled at that interaction. Beyond heartbroken.

They assaulted my cat under sedation. They prescribed an antibiotic injection she did not need, telling me she definitely had a UTI (the culture came back clean), they pushed me into an NSAID injection. She had a reaction to the treatment and I needed to seek help from a competent vet in another state. To go further into detail, when my cat was under sedation and they were working on her, the head tech, who believes herself to be a vet, slapped my cat’s side so hard she rose up out of sedation and tried to bite her. Everyone in the room looked shocked. Only a sociopath could do such a thing. I’ve been trying to get my cat’s health under control since. Please, take your baby anywhere else.

We had to put our beloved English Cream down. She was the best dog you can ask for. The staff at the Florence location were so friendly. They made everything fast and best it could possibly be. Thank you Cort Wayman

I cannot say enough good things about PetVet365. My elderly dog fell very ill and my regular vet was out on sick leave. I was recommended this place and sure enough, they got me in. The compassion they showed to both Paco and myself was beyond anything I ever experienced when having to put a beloved pet to sleep. I know I asked so many questions and some of them even more than once and they did not get exasperated at all and believe me if they did which they didn't, I would have deserved it 100% They truly care about animals and it shows. They allowed me to spend time with my Paco after he passed and I know it was past their closing time but they told me to take my time. Both the office manager and veterinarian went above and beyond and you can tell they have good hearts. I can never thank them enough. I will recommend this place any day to anyone that is looking for a Vet. They actually care and your pet is their top priority.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Came back 3 weeks in a row and it costed me money. Definitely don’t show the people returning to use their services any care. $650 for an x ray is not reasonable considering I have quotes for the exact same estimate at $430. Super disappointing.
