- NHNicole HaldisOct 4, 20251.0Wow, they really don’t know anything about dogs here. They did a grooming on my mini Aussies and trimmed their hair everywhere. Which causes course unruly hair to grow back. You don’t trim any Aussies because of their undercoat. Extremely disappointed in the service which was for grooming, which would indicate brushing and bathing based on their website.

We're from out of town and this business had good reviews. We arrived and saw that it was actually a business called Muddy Paws, which was next door. I explained what we wanted done and the (very unfriendly) groomer said it would be about 25 minutes. I noticed the pricing on the whiteboard for their services and a trim was reasonable, but a bath and groom for our dog would have been well over $150, which is too high (especially for the quality!). We were notified in 30 minutes that she was ready. Disappointed, to say the least. Her feet were the only thing done correctly and her face looked horrible. Her ears were trimmed too short and a little trimmed under her eyes, and that's all I noticed. If it had cost any more I would have demanded more be done. Do not take your dogs here.
- APanna paigeJun 18, 20255.0Highly recommend Michaela for grooming! My older dog was groomed by her years ago, but this was my younger dog’s first time with her. Not only do they both look GREAT, but they were also happy and content, not overly tired, when they got home so I can tell they weren’t overly stressed in a new place/for the grooming either. We will be back!

They even a special space here for the humans to find cool stuff for themselves. You’ll leave smiling. Love everything about this place!
