They got me in quickly and were very responsive to my questions. Kaitlyn was very attentive and helpful with my kitten. You can tell this clinic loves to spend their days with animals. Wonderful experience!!

Call was answered by a very disinterested sounding receptionist who immediately put me on hold and then hung up on me without actually speaking to me. I called back and got the same treatment. I would recommend others not bother with this vet.

Dr. Kaitlin, Grace, Chris and Tracy have all been so great since the first time we came in. Dr. Kaitlin has taken good care of our babies already in the short time we’ve lived here. Our Mila needs sedated nail trims, Dr. Kaitlin and Grace are so good with Mila while she’s being sedated and do a great job on her nails. Rose Marie had her spaying procedure and they were so gentle with her the morning of. Chris has helped me out twice now on the weekends when I needed it and I truly appreciate that! Even though it’s always busy when I call, Tracy is pleasant and always gets back to me promptly. It’s hard to find caring people these days, Ste. Genevieve vet clinic proves that caring professionals still exist! ❤️
