    So very bad that I pulled my dog out with days left on the package that I bought. BTW, be advised they try to sell you the most expensive of their tree packages first. I took my dog there for 'training' mostly so she could be and play with other dogs without me in the area. If I'm nearby she only wants to be with me. I arrived earlier and earlier to pick her up: a surprise drop in only to find that she had been placed away from the other dogs, in a kennel in another otherwise empty room. Just as I had suspected. I get that my dog is nervous and it takes her time to relax while she was in the front floor on the cots with other dogs but to punish her by making her be alone in an empty room was brutal. Training was minimal. I had initially explained to Brittany that she knew basic commands. Expensive weeks went by until I asked what training she was receiving which is when we worked on Sit and Stay. This was a huge waste of a lot of money that as a retired person I was difficult to part with but I wanted my dog to be happy. In summation, she didn't learn anything and was daily isolated from other dogs.

    I have brought my dog to play several times! Staff is always friendly and attentive. I brought her for her first professional grooming today and Ky’ara did a fantastic job. We will be back for maintenance brushes and future grooming. Thanks a million Ky’ara!
