When we moved last year, our behavioralist recommended contactless boarding and it is very difficult to find. The staff are well trained, incredibly kind and patient in allowing him to board contact free. He has made a lot of progress due in large part to how friendly and positive the experiences have been. They have been great in handling his medications as well. Highly recommend!

Also, they will charge you for a FULL night if you pick your dog up after noon. We dropped off at 9am and picked up at 12:30 the next day and it was $150!

I had to go out of town unexpectedly so scheduled a stay for my cats for an estimate of the time I thought I needed. They were able to schedule me and we stayed in contact with changes and I was able to pick them up two days earlier than I originally planned.
