We have never had a daycare express so much personal attention for us. This is the first time his shedding is under control! We are training our second dog there now and already are seeing big differences with our puppy after just a week. Kennelwood has been extraordinarily patient with my hectic schedule and has shown us incredible kindness and belonging. We have been doing doggie daycares for 6 years from Chicago to St. Louis, and this is our best experience bc of how loving and attentive the staff are at the Mason Lane location. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Same for dogs awaiting the trainers. Limited opportunities to move. No opportunities to stretch out. My dog is very athletic and energetic. Unless you have a small couch potato dog they will be uncomfortable. I will not be taking my dog back there again. She was not happy. The staff were not informative about prices. 88 $ a night and they make you pay for insurance in case THEY screw up and allow your dog to be injured.
