- RWRiley WinklerNov 12, 20251.0Twice my golden retriever had ended up at the vet and in a cone within 2 days of being groomed here, and the company refuses to cover any vet bills because I signed a waiver. The first time his entire dew claw came off one day after his grooming visit, and they blamed it on “brittle nails” and neglected to admit that they could have grinded his nails then instead of clipping them since they had already noticed they were brittle. $300 vet visit. Second time, they did his sanity shave so low they caused irritation that turned to swelling, pus, and redness within one day of being groomed. They claim none of this is their fault. I would never recommend anyone sending their pup here if you want an honest and caring service for your dogs. They don’t care about the dogs well being, just that they aren’t held liable.
