Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
My dog did get her vaccine, but the overall experience was needlessly stressful and poorly handled. I wasn’t allowed to handle her, even after offering to use a muzzle — which she’s trained to wear. Staff first said they were “uncomfortable” with me handling her, then changed the explanation to “policy.” It felt inconsistent and dismissive.
Once they took control, they ignored my clear instructions on how to keep her calm, petting her in areas she dislikes and using a high-pitched voice that made her anxious. I tried to advocate for her, but was talked over and ignored. It felt like their attitude was based more on her breed than her actual behavior.
I expect better communication and collaboration from professionals. Responsible dog owners should be treated with more respect.

I was unsatisfied with your services, and I will not be using them again. I had a appt yesterday to have my cat get his Rabies shot, but with the rabies shot the vet decided to give him the 3 in 1 vaccination as well, which I never asked for. My cat is a inside cat only. When I checked in, all I told the gentleman that I was here to get my cat his rabies shot only. I brought my cat into the little clinic room, put him on the table in kennel, and turned away because I do not like to see my cat get the shot. But, after the vet was she was finished, I turned back around, walked out of the room, walked up to the register, and ended up paying $93.53. I suddenly was thinking that the rabies shots sure went up in price. Wow! Well, when I arrived back home, I looked at the receipt, and the vet gave two shots to my cat. The vet never mentioned anything about the second one. I am so very furious, and I would like a FULL REFUND ASAP which I do deserve. This was not my fault at all. There had to have been some bad communication on the vets part. I already called Vetco to report this issue, and want a call back asap. Please contact me ASAP, so we can further discuss that issue.
Thank you,
Janet Bennett

Although I go to thisVetco for services yearly, this last time I was not impressed.
The guy doing check in was rude and suggest I go elsewhere if I didn’t want the package deal he was trying to sell
Me. I will no longer do back to that Vetco
