Currently Olivia grooms my dog and she is very kind and professional. Also, as a PetCo member, I get discounted grooms and even free grooms sometimes. I appreciate that.

They did not charge us for that haircut but I would much rather pay for the service and receive a quality haircut for my dog. The haircut took much longer than the time we were told they would be done and then was not finished and then they complained about our dog who is only 18 pounds that he has a bad temperament because he licks your hands when he’s nervous. It was extremely disappointing. We will not return to petco grooming.
