- CVChristine VasicekSep 15, 20251.0Welp … the location that I have been taking my pet to has been closed for many months so unfortunately even though I have a PLAN with Banfield for the care of my pet they are not even open to care for my pet and when I called to discontinue the plan that I Still have to pay for even though the office location near me is closed they won’t let me cancel early sooo my advice based on my experience is DO NOT sign your pet up for care at Banfield because they just scam you out of money and don’t let you out of the plan when they don’t even have a vet / staff Bye Banfield…. I won’t be recommending you to anyone They don’t care about your pet they just care about taking your $ without providing services

- KMKailee McCurdySep 15, 20252.0I took my dogs here out of necessity and it was very overly priced. They want everyone to have dog insurance and if you don’t they charge you up the Wazzu. The staff was kind but definitely an overpriced vet. Won’t be back. Called a few other vets and they all quoted me $200 to $300 LESS than Banfield. We shouldn’t need “pet insurance” to take basic care for our pets. Next.

You have to drop your dog off in the morning & cannot stay with them during the visit. This causes much anxiety for my dog which is not helpful if their sick! You never get to speak with the vet, only a recap from the person that checks you out.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
