I was informed by their Employee Justin that nobody had been interested in the kitten. Got to the store 30 minutes later and submitted my application. Within 2 hours later I call to find out the kitten went to another home. Justin did not seem to care or find this a big deal. His response was “yeah i don’t know those little buggers go fast” You would think their manager and or employee would know what kittens are available, pending, or taken! I’m heartbroken :(

Their enclosures were visibly filthy, with feces covering much of the space, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned in several days. The animals were confined in very small spaces with multiple other animals in the same cage, and instead of proper habitat enrichment, there were cardboard boxes inside their enclosures. This level of neglect is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the facility’s commitment to animal care and hygiene. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure the health and well-being of these animals
