    Came with my very cute and usually very frightened cat to Bond Vet at Back Bay. I really don't have the words to describe the staff: the nurse (I believe her name was Grace) showed so much care and love to my cat, which made her feel so comfortable! I was shocked. We're talking about a cat that hides at home whenever someone she doesn't know walks in, and there she was on the treatment table, bonding with Grace as if she was her human (now I see why they name that place Bond Vet...). Bottom line: highly recommended place, all the staff (not just Grace) were awesome, the Doctors are awesome, everything is clean, neat and fun. 2nd pic is not from the treatment, but had to add it because it's cute.

    Just love it here! Exceptional Vet veterinary care ! He loves it here! I have a tremendous amount of confidence in everyone who works here !

    I was running late to my appointment, came in and they told me I had to wait to be seen since I was 15 min late, I was fine with that and agreed on waited. After an hour the lady came back to tell me they weren't able to see me today, after an hour of waiting!! I was there only for a vaccine. My dog is a patient on record hence she didn't need to be seen for an exam. I have been there before for vaccines and usually a tech takes the dog for a whole 5-10 minutes and you're done. They purposely made me wait an hour before telling me they were “fully booked” On top of that they go ahead and charge 25$ for a late fee!!! Are you serious? These people are disgusting and they are not even busy. Keep your miserable 25$ I'm never coming back

    I brought my dog to Bond Vet and everyone was so sweet and kind! They made my dog feel comfortable and calm and were very transparent about pricing before doing any treatments to my Maisie. Would definitely recommend them!
