When I rushed my cat there it was a high stress situation but they got to my him as soon as we came through the door and then walked me through everything so I fully understood everything going on regarding his health. Your pets are in great hands here!

This process took 45 minutes before the cat was finally taken. I understand that it’s a business, but I feel like my wife was penalized for being a good person. If the vet is reading this: what should she have done?
