We arrived just before 7:00 PM on Saturday November 1st. we paid for 2 baths and proceeded to the wash rooms in the rear of the store where 1 of the rooms was occupied by another customer another of the rooms has a floor tub that we cannot use as we are senior citizens and are unable to bend down to bathe our dogs. The other 2 rooms were being cleaned, one by a rude young lady that when we asked how long it would be before we could use the rooms, told us that they were doing the final cleaning for the day in the rooms and we would just have to wait for the other customer to finish and use the one room for our 2 large dogs. We informed her it was still an hour to closing time but she still refused to let us use the wash room. We were so shocked by her attitude that we went back to the front desk and asked for a refund from the cashier who though reluctant, finally gave us our money back. We will find another more customer friendly business to bathe our pets in the future.
