We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. I'd heard good things about the care the PetVet365 location had provided a friend so called to see if they could get us in. Turned out my dog had an upper respiratory infection, but in addition had apparently swallowed a rock. Long story short Dr. Wichmann and his team took amazing care of me and my pet. They kept me informed all along the way, they worked well into after their operating hours to provide the necessary care to remove the rock and followup after the surgery. I'm so very appreciative of them for taking amazing care of my fur baby. I'd highly recommend.

My sweet old lady needed surgery for a tooth infection and they got her scheduled quickly. They sent me regular text updates on how she was doing during the procedure, which really helped to put my mind at ease. They also checked in after she went home to make sure she was doing alright. :)

I love that they are safe for our more fearful pets, because they deserve quality care too! My cat loved her visits because they always gave treats and had so many toys available. The employees here are lovely and were always available when I needed them!

Last Sunday, we had to urgently make the tough decision to say goodbye to our dog of 13 years. Our regular vet office is closed on Sundays so we chose to take him to this location (Richmond Rd, Lexington, KY) of PetVet365. Dr Wichmann and Brittany—as well as the entire staff went above and beyond to make this heartbreaking experience just a little easier. Their kindness and compassion are unmatched and it meant SO MUCH to our family on that difficult day. We are truly grateful.
