One of them had a little accident in the lobby, and I felt awful but the team was incredibly understanding and reassured me that it happens more often than I think. Both dogs came out looking and smelling amazing! One even had the deshedding treatment, and wow, what a difference it really worked. They were so proud of themselves, strutting all the way home! Thank you, Scenthound, for taking such great care of my pups! 🐾

The special treatments you get that best fits your dog are wonderful. My girl has allergies so they ensure they use special products on her at no extra charge. One of the best things for a busy pet parent is how on top of ensuring you don't miss ur appt they are, with text messages reminders and even schedule reminders if you haven't scheduled. I highly recommend them for all your pets grooming needs. I have the monthly plan that includes her teeth, nails, and ear health. You won't find a more reliable group of people to trust your fur babies with.

I'd probably have given a 5 star rating but was very pricey to my pocketbook..might be a mistake on my end for not talking about alternatives. And kept getting calls, emails about their service after I began registering and not completing....I realize that's partially good business practice, but it did get a little annoying. Lucky and Lucy look so good and they both love a groom, makes them feel handsome and beautiful!!!
