- CDChastity DotsonMar 12, 20261.0I brought my dog here because she was having trouble breathing. I came in in a panic. And I heard them ask if they had oxygen. They took her back and then brought her to me. I said many time that I was very concerned about her breathing. We also spoke about her potential TCC diagnoses and I mentioned she was having urinary issues. The doctor had me wait to do a urine sample and then sit in the room while waiting for the results. I kept going back panicked and asking for help for my dog. The doctor came out later and said that I should take my dog to urgent care and they couldn't help. When I came in I thought this was an urgent care. My dog was in deep breathing distress and I wish they would have told me that they could not help immediately. By the time we got to the next hospital her gums were purple. And she passed away later that night. I was very upset that they didn't swing into action sooner and tell me to take her somewhere else.
