  We have taken our dogs here for the last few years. We see Dr. Amanda Brooks-Collins and she is always wonderful. Dr. Brooks always makes sure our questions are answered and that we are informed about anything she recommends. Her staff are always kind and helpful. We also appreciate that we can get in very quickly for illnesses. We know our dogs are in the best hands here!

  So my puppy was very sick and just wanted to lay down all day and not move from her crate and she wasn’t eating and had foul diarrhea and was puking and we had no idea as to what was happening .We call places that can get us in and the cheapest we could find and we found this place .My husband takes her there due to me being pregnant and not able to really do much and they test my babygirl for parvo .Turns out she was positive for it and as someone whose bestfriend puppies died from it I was so heartbroken that I couldn’t be there for my puppy and Take her pain away .we were abt to go get her vaccinated but it was too late and the girls helping my husband told him that it was pretty bad and she was dehydrated and needed liquid iv and hospitalization .We don’t have 500-2grand to spend.Let alone the test to see if my baby had it.So he calls me and tells me everything and he told them that she isn’t gonna get treatment and as soon as they heard that they started gaslighting him.Im sorry but that’s not professional at all I’m so sorry we aren’t made of money unlike you .As young adults with a puppy who we adore we wanted to spend as much time with her as we can before she took her last breath .And when he said no to the about euthanizing my baby they started to be even more rude .Like this is our life and we can chose what we wanna do .We are both crying bc we got told our puppy is dying from parvo .That is no way to treat someone and yall are unprofessional.After all that we gave it a couple more days to let my baby go and see how she was doing .One day we wake up and my baby girl is jumping and wagging her tail and drinking some water .We start to have hope our girl is gonna make it .We continue to observe her and after this day our girl was her self again .All happy,energetic,eating and drinking,wanting to play ,No more bloody diarrhea or puke .I thanked god that this miracle happened bc I didn’t want my baby to pass away .As of today my baby girl is healthy and we are gonna get her tested to make sure the parvo has gone away! So after the horrible staff gaslighted my husband for not putting her down now look at my puppy thriving without you injecting her with all the stuff you needed.its very much possible that ur puppy can survive without treatment like mine .They have lost us as returning customers.you can be mad all you want bc we didn’t wanna give you anymore of our money .Yall need to do better and not gaslight customers especially young adults that have to deal with something every other person does that can be with emotional for them .Im happy with the choice we made whether you told us to put our mocha may down when she is still with us today .

  They took time to explain treatment options for my cat that's having a rough time. Their waiting rooms are also set up to make the pets comfortable including toys, beds, and cat trees.

  They saw my Mini Schnauzer on a very short notice, even though it was a first time visit. They took great care of her. The staff and Dr. Brooks were amazing! It was a wonderful experience for both me and my fur baby. Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge and kindness! I definitely recommend!

  They are a blessing. My little boy Bobinsky had an obstruction and needed emergency surgery. They worked with us with the utmost care, compassion and kindness. Thank heavens for Dr. Brooks and the wonderful team, for everyone who helped us during this emergency. After being quoted an outrageous amount at another ER, their costs were reasonable and affordable and we are forever grateful. They are even still checking in with us after he has been released. His stitches even look meticulously done, I know he's going to be okay. Thank you so much.
