Both are pretty nervous during grooming, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with them. Barkley has a tricky double coat, and she handled it quickly and beautifully — he’s never looked better. Both dogs came home happy, calm, and looking amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Taylor’s professionalism and care. We’ll absolutely be returning for all of our future grooming appointments!
