- BSBobby SmithNov 6, 20252.0I took Cora to Dr distas office she is the primary care vet , for our people friendly gator mouth mastiff mix she's a loving dog, but animal aggressive she is a rescue dog that has had a hard life, she was found in some other part of indiana, with 4 frozen puppies inside her she's, had multiple surgeries, and is sweet to people but was at the shelter so long , that all the barking back and fourth with other dogs made her dislike other animals working on obedience training , but day before yesturday took her in for yeast infection in 1 ear , her appointment was 2:00 pm we arrived at 1:37, I went in left her in the car , told the 2 lady's in there I was just checking her in for her appointment, at 2:00 pm, they told me to go ahead and bring her in, I did and Dr distas really threw a fit about it there was only 1 animal there, and it was very disrespectful to us to be talked to in that manner for , they told me to bring the dog in so I just did what they asked , only to be , scolded by the vet we are in our 60' state was very disturbing behavior to us we started to just leave, there's no. Sense in a vet, treating people this way the price wasn't the issue the attitude was very disrespectful, we hope this helps you decide on a different vet, very disrespectful..

- JTJess - TOct 16, 20211.0This place is so over priced it is rediculous. They told me there was a 4 hour wait list! What?! Said i had to wait in a lil room the wholetime. I couldnt wait in my car. Then i told them i thought my pup may have parvo and suddenly i could wait in my car but had to stay out there and wait.up to 4 hours. The where all really pretty rude and not considerate at all for my emergency. Isnt this a ER for animals??! . The doctor was very short and didnt seem to be passionate in his proffession. . But they told me if i didnt do this 400 dollar treament of fluids every 12 hours my puppy would die. I did one treatment and they said if i didnt come back in 12 hours my pup would surely just die. I was floored and i paid their crazy 500 dollar price. And left and went hone and force fed my puppy a lot of fluid and lots of love . And he is perfect now. So everything they told me was a lie. I just couldnt let himdehydrate. They r liars. And i dint believe they r even animal lovers. These animals are our family so get it together u unproffesional supposed proffesionals!
