We took our dog in to the vet, we noticed she had lumps on her neck. When the vet came in the room. she checked our dog out, she didn’t tell us that she found other lumps on her, she said she had to take Alexis to the back room, to do a biopsy. Dr.Gonnorh, never mentioned any extra lumps on Alexis. When the nurse came back to the room, she said the Dr. did a biopsy on all six lumps, she felt on Alexis , which the additional lumps were a surprise to us. The nurse was showing us where they were located. When the Dr. came back to the room, she said 5-7 weeks, but if you pay additional 200. You can get them back 1-3 days. The nurse myself and my husband corrected the Dr. we thought you said 3-7 days. She said yeah, I said it wrong. So if you pay the additional money they will speed up the process, seems like all this company is worried about is making that extra money. So I called on 11/7/25, to see if any of the results were in. They said no nothing yet said the results will be in on Tuesday. The receptionist said they were pending so I called Tuesday morning Little after 9:00 AM spoke to the receptionist. She said the results came in, but the doctor didn’t look at them yet. I asked her if she knew if the doctor was going to look at the results soon. ,the receptionist said she would go talk to the doctor and ask her if she can look at them. I didn’t say anything rude, I didn’t yell . I know they record calls. I have all mine recorded. iso a little while later I get a phone call. I assumed it was the doctor calling me, but I guess it was the office manager , she was giving me attitude and was very disrespectful and I was trying to ask her why she was calling me. She wouldn’t let me put in a word edgewise. I kept trying to talk and she wouldn’t let me and I told her I answered because I thought you were the doctor. I don’t know who asked you to call me, but I don’t need you explaining anything to me. All I want to know is what’s going on with my dog. and then about half hour later, the doctor calls me with the results and I asked her to please send all the paperwork to me. She said that we have to find an oncologist for a dog so as I was going through the paperwork reading somebody put in there that I had called a couple times today yelling and demanding test results. So that is a lie I know they record their phone calls and I record mine so I have proof that I did not fly off the handle to anyone of these people except I was a little firm when the office manager or another receptionist called me to give me a hard time which made no sense why she was calling me. Nobody asked for her to call. I did not ask for anybody else to call me but the doctor when she was done and ready to call me they said I wouldn’t find out till maybe lunchtime or at the end of the day so now I am requesting my files to be transferred over. I am going to a different vet so that my beautiful dog and my beautiful cat will be taking care of by someone who was not ill mannered to their patient’s families, especially at a bad time. I have been going to this hospital for quite a few years now and this is how they treat the patient’s family and their patients so they told me that it’s normal for them to offer us to pay to an extra amount of money to expedite the test results just like you do when you go to the doctor. Well, my doctor and my phlebotomist have never offered me to pay extra money to expedite any of my results. So I don’t know where this doctor is telling me that that’s how the world is so you’re gonna pay extra money to get ahead of other patients pets who were ahead of you if you pay the extra money, I don’t know. I don’t understand that and I don’t understand where this doctor is trying to tell me that it’s normal never heard of it before ever in my life but now I’m looking for a different vet because I don’t trust these people anymore. People be aware of where you take your pets. Because if they lie about you then obviously they’re lying about the services they give to our animals don’t trust these people.

We adore Dr. Jen Wahlund and so do our dogs, that's a big plus when you have dogs that are not fans of the vet hospital. The wonderful thing I have experienced with Dr. Jen Wahlund is that when one of our dogs needs care and she isn't in the office, she will loop in Dr. Shabib or Dr. Anda to provide quick care to the dog. No having to wait until she is back in the office for an appointment or having to explain everything to bring the vet up to speed when your already nervous about your dog. They all work together to provide the best care for our dogs without any stigma of you not being their regular client. Dr. Jen communicates the needs and back history of the dog so no matter which vet is caring for the dog that day, they have the full picture. She will then personally check in on the dog, answer any further questions and offer support. We couldn't ask for a more caring, compassionate, professional then Dr. Walhund and the team at ATAH to provide their knowledge in caring for our dogs. The front desk staff and vet technicians are spot on with their service and compassion during every visit.

Took my two cats in after one had been to the ER vet 2 weeks ago. Sick cat losing weight, other one gaining. Had a good discussion & lab work on sick cat. Changed food so we'll see. Lab stuff is pricey. Exams reasonable. Staff & vet very patient & kind.

Have been bringing my current & past dogs here for years. Very happy with them. Always friendly. Staff very knowledgeable. When my old dog had to be "put down", they were so caring, understanding, even sent a nice sympathy card afterward, signed by am the staff.
